Hey Rosie offers Day-of Coordination services to be on site from the start of your event day until tear down is complete.
Day of coordination begins 4-6 weeks before your event and includes:

12 hour coverage with lead planner

lead planner acting as the point of contact for all vendors on the day-of

set-up & take-down of personal items executed to the client's instructions

supervise set-up for event

professional on-site styling of all decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, signs and stationery

CONCEPT AND DESIGN PLANNING
Stunning and Memorable events don't need to be stressful. We can help create a cohesive event design and help with sourcing vendors, rentals and decor.

Concept & Design planning includes:

conceptualization and creation of overall design, theme, ambiance, and atmosphere of the event

sourcing and arrangement of decor, lighting, florals, colour schemes and other visual aspects

Our process
Stage one: Conceptualization
This is the most creative step - we will work with you to hone in on your overall goals and vision. We will determine your budget, location, timing, design and general vibe of the event.

Stage two: Planning
While every event is unique, here are some of the milestones we will work through -
Project plan: We will build a full planning timeline and list of tasks, and assign owners to each to assure everything happens on schedule.
​
Event timeline/ agenda: Your Hey Rosie planner will create an event agenda and a full-day timeline to ensure the successful flow of your event.
​
Vendor selection and management: We determine requirements, find vendors, review contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.
​
Presentation Management: Your planner coordinates all logistics for you and your VIP’s experience including transportation, lodging, gifts, riders, green rooms, or any other needs. We’ll also handle all communications, run technical checks or rehearsals, and manage content.
​
Stage three: Execution
​
Your planner will oversee all logistics and schedules leading up to and during the event. We will set expectations with all individuals involved for roles and responsibilities during the event.
​
We will ensure all vendors are greeted and directed upon arrival, oversee set up, deal with any ad-hoc issues that may arise, ensure the event stays on schedule, over see tear-down, and so much more!
