Orders & Payment

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Our fulfillment team processes orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, we have a very short window (typically less than 1 hour) to make changes. Please email info@heyrosie.co immediately with your request, and we will do our best to assist you.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We value transparency. You will be charged in the local currency displayed at checkout. There are no hidden conversion fees post-purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does my order ship from?
Every Hey Rosie garment is dispatched directly from our headquarters in Calgary, Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST typically ship within 24 hours. Standard shipping within Canada generally arrives in 3–7 business days. During high-volume periods, please allow a slight extension on these timelines.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are Final Sale.
Do you offer free returns?
We strive to make your experience effortless. We offer free returns for all customers within Canada. Simply access our returns portal to generate your prepaid label.
2025 Holiday Return Policy
To accommodate holiday gifting, orders placed between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 15th, 2026.
